The invention is applicable to the field of underwater robots, and provides an underwater magnetic adsorption crawler-type inspection robot, which comprises: a main body; a vertical propelling module which is connected with the main body and used for pushing the main body to lift; a horizontal pushing module which is used for pushing the main body to horizontally move; a crawler belt assembly which is connected to two side ends of the main body and is connected with a magnetic adsorption crawler belt; a crawler belt driving module which is mounted on the main body and used for driving the crawler belt assembly to roll and walk; a control module which is connected with the main body and is electrically connected with the vertical propelling module, the horizontal propelling module and the crawler belt driving module. The control module controls the vertical propelling module and the horizontal propelling module to work to enable the main body to move to target equipment; the track assembly is adsorbed on target equipment, and the crawler belt driving module drives the crawler belt assembly to walk for routing inspection. The underwater magnetic adsorption crawler-type inspection robot has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy and convenient to operate, high in operation efficiency, capable of saving resources and capable of replacing manual work to conduct underwater operation and solving the problem that underwater operation is difficult.
