The invention provides a vehicle condition sensing system based on roadside LED equipment and Internet of Vehicles. The vehicle condition sensing system comprises the roadside LED equipment and a vehicle-mounted terminal, the roadside LED equipment comprises an LED unit, an LED drive circuit, an encoder, a microprocessor and a radar detector; the radar detector is used for detecting road surface vehicle condition information, and the microprocessor sends vehicle condition data to the encoder to be encoded into a control signal of the LED drive circuit; the LED drive circuit drives the LED unit to emit a light signal carrying road surface vehicle condition information according to the control signal; the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises an optical signal receiving circuit, a decoder, a processor and a communication module; wherein the optical signal receiving circuit is used for receiving an optical signal emitted by roadside LED equipment and converting the optical signal into an electric signal; the decoder decodes the converted electric signals to obtain road surface vehicle condition information, and then the road surface vehicle condition information is broadcasted to a vehicle network where the vehicle is located through the communication module. According to the invention, the road condition information collected in a local region can be quickly transmitted to the vehicle, and the feedback speed of the vehicle condition information is greatly improved.

    本发明提出基于路侧LED设备和车联网的车况感知系统,包括路侧LED设备和车载终端;路侧LED设备包括LED单元、LED驱动电路、编码器、微处理器和雷达检测器;雷达检测器用于检测路面车况信息,微处理器将车况数据发送至编码器编码为LED驱动电路的控制信号;LED驱动电路根据控制信号驱动LED单元发出携带路面车况信息的光信号;车载终端包括光信号接收电路、解码器、处理器和通信模块;其中,光信号接收电路用于接收路侧LED设备发出的光信号,并将光信号转换为电信号;解码器对转换后的电信号进行解码,得到路面车况信息,然后通过通信模块广播到本车所处的车辆网中。本发明能将局部区域采集到的路况信息迅速传输到车辆,大大提高了车况信息的反馈速度。
