The invention relates to an axially integrated electric vehicle motor control system, which comprises a driving motor and a motor controller, and is characterized in that the motor controller comprises a box body, and a power module, a control panel, a thin-film capacitor and the like which are arranged in the box body; the motor controller is arranged on the axial rear end face of the driving motor; the power module comprises a driving plate, an IGBT module and a heat dissipation bottom plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a heat dissipation cavity is formed in the heat dissipation bottom plate, the bottom of the heat dissipation cavity is provided with a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole which are formed along the two ends of a diagonal line, and the liquid inlet hole and the liquid outlet hole are connected with a first liquid inlet pipe and a first liquid outlet pipe which are arranged on the box body respectively. Compared with the prior art, the motor controller is installed in the axial direction of the driving motor, a connecting structure between the controller and a traditional separated structure of the motor is removed, the space occupation range of the driving control system in a whole vehicle is reduced, and the mass of the driving control system is reduced; and the design requirements of light weight, miniaturization and integration are met.

    本发明涉及一种轴向集成的电动汽车电机控制系统,包括驱动电机、电机控制器,电机控制器包括箱体和设置在箱体中的功率模块、控制板、薄膜电容等;电机控制器设置在驱动电机的轴向后端面上;功率模块包括从上到下依次设置的驱动板、IGBT模块和散热底板,散热底板内设有散热空腔,散热空腔的底部设有沿对角线两端设置的进液孔和出液孔,进液孔和出液孔分别与箱体上设置的第一进液管和第一出液管连接。与现有技术相比,本发明通过将电机控制器安装在驱动电机轴向上,去除了控制器和电机传统分离式结构之间的连接结构,减小了驱动控制系统在整车中的空间占用范围,降低了驱动控制系统的质量,实现了轻量化、小型化和集成化设计需求。
