The invention provides a wireless electric energy transmission system. The wireless electric energy transmission system comprises a transmitting end and a receiving end arranged on an electric vehicle, the transmitting end comprises an inversion unit, a first compensation network and a transmitting coil; the inversion unit is connected to a direct current source and is connected in series with the first compensation network and the transmitting coil; and the receiving end comprises a receiving coil, a second compensation network, a rectification unit and a DC/DC conversion unit which are sequentially connected in series. The system transmits electric energy based on the electromagnetic induction principle, and has the characteristics of safety, convenience and high efficiency.
