The invention discloses equipment for loading charges to simulated lunar dust based on an electrostatic corona technology. The equipment comprises a supporting plate, a flange plate, a vacuum tank, an insulating bracket, a metal substrate, a needle type array electrode, a vacuum device, an electric cabinet, an electrostatic potential dynamic measuring instrument and an electrostatic generator; an insulating support is fixedly installed on the inner side of the vacuum tank, and a metal substrate and a needle type array electrode are fixedly installed on the insulating support from bottom to top in parallel. Simulated lunar dust is placed on the metal substrate; the output end of the electrostatic generator is in circuit connection with the needle type array electrode; the input end of the static potential dynamic measuring instrument is in circuit connection with the metal plate; the output end of the static potential dynamic measuring instrument outputs a measuring result; and the electric control box is used for controlling on-off of an equipment circuit loaded with charges. The static corona is adopted to load charges to the simulated lunar dust, the simulation cost is low, maintenance is easy, the problem that charges are loaded to the simulated lunar dust in low-vacuum and normal-pressure environments is solved, and the requirement that charges are loaded to the simulated lunar dust with kilovolt-level static voltage is met.

    本发明公开了一种基于静电电晕技术给模拟月尘加载电荷的设备,包括支撑板、法兰盘、真空罐、绝缘支架、金属基板、针式阵列电极、真空装置、电控箱、静电电位动态测量仪和静电发生器;真空罐内侧固定安装有绝缘支架,绝缘支架上由下至上固定平行安装有金属基板和针式阵列电极;金属基板上放置模拟月尘;静电发生器输出端与针式阵列电极电路连接;静电电位动态测量仪输入端与金属板电路连接;静电电位动态测量仪输出端输出测量结果;电控箱用于控制加载电荷的设备电路通断。本发明采用静电电晕给模拟月尘加载电荷,模拟费用低,易维护,解决了模拟月尘在低真空和常压环境中加载电荷的问题,满足以千伏级的静电电压给模拟月尘加载电荷的要求。
