The invention relates to a parachute device and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the parachute device comprises a parachute bin, a parachute and a gas generator, the parachute bin comprises a bin body and a bin cover which are integrally formed, a fracture induction groove is formed in the joint of the bin body and the bin cover, and the parachute is restrained in the parachute bin through the bin cover; the gas generator is arranged in the parachute bin, is in signal connection with an external controller and is used for responding to a signal of the external controller so as to generate high-pressure gas in the parachute bin, and the fracture induction groove is constructed to be capable of being fractured under the action of the high-pressure gas; and the cabin cover is separated from the cabin body, so that the parachute is released. The cabin body and the cabin cover of the parachute cabin are integrally formed, the sealing performance is high, the protection grade is high, external flying dust and rainwater can be isolated, the internal structure is prevented from being polluted or corroded, and therefore the ejection success rate of the parachute device is increased, and damage caused by falling of the unmanned aerial vehicle is reduced.
