The robot is started through the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the floating block, a person who falls into the water can be rescued in time after accidentally falling into the water, mistaken starting of the device under the non-accidental falling-into-water condition is avoided, a person falling into water can keep floating in water through the buoyancy air bag, the safety of the person falling into water is guaranteed, the heat source sensor, the rotating fan wheel and the advancing fan wheel can push the person falling into water to move in the direction with many people, and the person falling into water can be separated from the water surface earlier to be rescued.
