The invention relates to a medium-speed maglev track-side system integrating operation control partition and traction control. The track-side system comprises a subarea safety computer DSC, a subarea traction cut-off DPS and subarea traction equipment which are arranged in each operation control subarea. The DSC is respectively connected with a plurality of subarea traction cut-off DPS and subarea traction equipment, and is used for managing and protecting trains and routes in the operation control subarea; the partition traction cut-off DPS is used for cutting off corresponding partition traction equipment when receiving a cut-off command of the DSC or communication with the DSC is interrupted; and the partition traction equipment is used for receiving a traction command or a cut-off command of the DSC and is electronically cut off or electrically cut off when communication between the partition traction cut-off DPS and the DSC is interrupted. The system provided by the invention can reduce the equipment complexity, reduce the equipment cost, improve the equipment reliability and improve the system efficiency.
