A vehicle assistance device, an autonomous vehicle, and a vehicle assistance method are disclosed. An automated-parking control unit 1 includes: an environment recognizer 1a to recognize an environment; a behavior controller 1b to execute behavior control including steering and acceleration/deceleration, based on recognized information; a brake hold instructor 13 to suspend a vehicle 100 with the behavior control and hold the suspension until receiving behavior-related operation by a driver; and a brake fluid pressure controller 19, when the vehicle 100 is made to start moving forward or backward, to estimate a range having a brake noise and increase a change rate of a brake fluid pressure in a brake-noise range having a brake noise, as compared with that in a no-brake-noise range. Accordingly, the braking noise of the braking operation when the vehicle is started or reversed is suppressed.
