The invention discloses a power control method and device, a vehicle control unit and an extended-range electric vehicle. The extended-range electric vehicle comprises a two-gear transmission arranged among a generator, an engine and a driving motor. The method comprises the steps that when the actual residual electric quantity of a power battery is sufficient, the two-gear transmission is controlled to enter a neutral gear or a first gear, and a pure electric mode is entered; and when the actual residual electric quantity is insufficient and an actual vehicle speed is smaller than a preset vehicle speed, the two-gear transmission is controlled to enter a first gear and enter a range-extending power generation mode, or otherwise, the two-gear transmission is controlled to enter a second gear, so the engine and the driving motor are coupled, and an engine direct driving mode is entered. Therefore, the extended-range electric vehicle overcomes the problems that oil consumption is increased, fuel economy is poor, secondary energy conversion loss exists, driving efficiency is low, the number of working modes is small, and different driving requirements of a driver cannot be met due to the fact that an engine cannot work in the optimal economic interval when a range-extended electric vehicle runs at a high speed in the related art.

    本申请公开了一种动力控制方法、装置、整车控制器及增程式电动汽车,增程式电动汽车包括设置于发电机、发动机和驱动电机之间的两挡变速器,其中,方法包括:在动力电池的实际剩余电量充足时,控制两挡变速器进入空挡或者1挡,进入纯电模式;在实际剩余电量不足、且在实际车速小于预设车速时,控制两挡变速器进入1挡,进入增程发电模式,否则控制两挡变速器进入2挡,使得发动机和驱动电机耦合,进入发动机直驱模式。由此,解决了相关技术中增程式电动汽车在高速行驶时发动机无法在最优经济区间工作,导致油耗增加、燃油的经济性较差,且存在能量二次转换的损失,驱动效率较低,工作模式少无法满足驾驶员的不同驾驶需求等问题。
