The invention discloses a thermal management method and device of an electric vehicle, a vehicle control unit and the electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: collecting the first actual temperature of a power battery of the electric vehicle and the second actual temperature of a riding environment; comparing a difference between the first actual temperature and the first target temperature of the power battery as well as a difference between the second actual temperature and the second target temperature of the riding environment, and determining a switching strategy of refrigeration equipment and a cooling loop; and controlling the refrigeration action of the refrigeration equipment according to the switching strategy so as to control the refrigeration equipment and the cooling loop to conduct convective heat exchange of cooling liquid and a refrigerant while the temperature of the power battery and/or the riding environment is controlled. Therefore, different control strategies can be carried out on the power battery and a riding cabin according to the actual temperature of the riding environment and the difference between the actual temperature of the battery and the target temperature, effective heat dissipation of the battery is guaranteed, the thermal comfort of the riding cabin is taken considered, the energy consumption level of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the performance of the electric vehicle is improved.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车的热管理方法、装置、整车控制器及电动汽车,其中,方法包括:采集电动汽车的动力电池的第一实际温度与乘车环境的第二实际温度;比较第一实际温度和动力电池的第一目标温度及第二实际温度和乘车环境的第二目标温度间的差异,确定制冷设备和冷却回路的开关策略;根据开关策略控制制冷设备的制冷动作,以对动力电池和/或乘车环境进行温控的同时,控制制冷设备和冷却回路进行冷却液和冷媒的对流换热。由此,可以根据乘车环境的实际温度、电池实际温度与目标温度的差异的不同对动力电池和乘车舱进行不同的控制策略,在保证电池得到有效散热的同时,兼顾乘车舱的热舒适性,降低整车能耗水平,提升电动汽车的性能。
