The sliding seat is detachably connected to the bottom groove, the pair of buffering cylinders is fixed in the sliding seat in parallel, sliding openings are formed in the buffering cylinders, the first sliding frame is connected to the sliding seat in a sliding mode, the charging pile box is detachably connected to the first sliding frame, and the pair of first blocking frames is fixed to the two sides of the lower portion of the first sliding frame. As the springs are adopted as buffer devices, when the guardrails are impacted, the springs push the first sliding frame to drive the charging pile to move, damage caused by direct impact can be relieved, impact energy is counteracted, and meanwhile the springs on the other side are used for buffering and counteracting the energy together.
