The free impeller is arranged on the rudder horn, the free impeller does not need to be driven by a power device and is only driven by the wake flow of a part of the recycled propeller in the paddle disc face, and the better energy-saving effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种船舶用桨后尾涡回收装置,其设于船体尾部,船体尾部设有螺旋桨和挂舵臂,挂舵臂位于螺旋桨后方;挂舵臂上设有可在螺旋桨旋转时被动旋转的自由叶轮,自由叶轮位于挂舵臂和螺旋桨之间;自由叶轮包括自由叶轮毂部和固设于自由叶轮毂部的自由叶轮叶片;自由叶轮毂部和螺旋桨桨毂不接触;自由叶轮毂部的旋转轴线和螺旋桨桨毂的旋转轴线重合;自由叶轮的直径不小于螺旋桨的直径。本发明在挂舵臂上设置自由叶轮,该自由叶轮无需动力装置进行驱动,仅靠桨盘面内部分回收螺旋桨尾流驱动,实现了更好的节能效果。
