The invention belongs to hoists and control technologies thereof and provides an unattended cage wireless signal device for mine hoisting, which is powered by a storage battery. The system is mainly composed of a wireless charger, a battery box, a control box, a network video camera, a voice interphone, an LED illuminating lamp, an operation box, directional antennas I and II, and an antenna access box. A storage battery is charged by the wireless charger within the intermittent time when a cage accurately stops at a wellhead so that the cruising power of the storage battery is ensured; a wireless network card I serving as a client moving along with a cage and a wireless network card II serving as an access end form a network bridge through a pair of directional antennas I and II, and signals of the cage wireless signal device are accessed to a lifting signal system. By means of the system, elevator type operation can be achieved through cage lifting, unattended operation of a signal system is achieved, labor cost is saved, working efficiency of the lifting system is improved, and social and economic benefits are remarkable.
本发明属于提升机及其控制技术,提出的一种矿井提升无人值守的罐笼无线信号装置,由蓄电池供电;主要由无线充电器、电池箱和控制箱,和网络视频摄像机、语音对讲机、LED照明灯、操作盒,以及定向天线I和II、天线接入箱组成;罐笼在井口准确停车的间歇时间内,由无线充电器对蓄电池进行充电,确保蓄电池的续航能力;作为随罐笼移动的客户端的无线网卡I和作为接入端的无线网卡II通过一对所述定向天线I和II架起了网桥,将所述罐笼无线信号装置的信号接入到提升信号系统中;借助本发明,罐笼提升能够实现电梯式运行,信号系统实现了无人值守,节省了人工成本并提高了提升系统的工作效率,社会和经济效益显著。
