The invention discloses a hoisting process of an engineering ship platform heavy lift crane. The hoisting process comprises the following steps: (1) analyzing basic hoisting conditions; (2) arranging hoisting points reasonably; (3) calculating an impact force of the platform heavy lift crane on the base in the hoisting process; (4) carrying out assembling and welding and nondestructive testing analysis on the platform heavy lift crane and the base; (5) carrying out dynamic simulation on the hoisting process; and (6) carrying out actual hoisting. According to the method, the whole platform heavy lift crane mounting technological process can be considered in detail, including the process that the platform leaves the mooring test wharf to the hoisting area till installation is completed, one-time success of platform heavy lift crane mounting is guaranteed, and the economical efficiency and safety of mounting are also guaranteed.

    本发明公开了工程船舶平台重吊的吊装工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)对吊装基本条件进行分析;(2)合理布局吊点;(3)计算吊装过程中平台重吊对基座的冲击力;(4)对平台重吊和基座进行装焊和无损检测分析;(5)对吊装过程进行动态仿真;(6)实际吊装。本发明能够细致考虑整个平台重吊安装工艺流程,包括从平台离开系泊试验码头到吊装区域,直至安装完成,既保证了平台重吊安装的一次性成功,又保证了安装的经济性,安全性。
