The invention relates to a pointing and positioning mechanism, and in particular relates to a solar panel pointing and positioning mechanism. The mechanism comprises a supporting seat, a rotary driving mechanism I, a rotary driving mechanism II, a gear box and a mounting plate, a right connecting shaft and a left connecting shaft are arranged on the two sides of the gear box respectively, and the right connecting shaft and the left connecting shaft are rotationally connected with the supporting seat; a pendulum shaft is arranged at the top of the gear box, the mounting plate is rotationally connected with the pendulum shaft, and the mounting plate is used for mounting a solar panel; the rotary driving mechanism I and the rotary driving mechanism II are arranged on the two sides of the supporting seat and connected with the right connecting shaft and the left connecting shaft correspondingly; when the rotary driving mechanism I and the rotary driving mechanism II are driven in the same direction at the same speed, the solar panel performs pitching action; and when the rotary driving mechanism I and the rotary driving mechanism II are reversely driven at a constant speed, the solar panel rotates. The mechanism has two degrees of freedom, not only can enable the solar panel to adapt to a complex working mode, but also has the characteristics of small size, light weight and high driving index.
本发明涉及指向定位机构,特别涉及一种太阳能帆板指向定位机构。包括支撑座、旋转驱动机构Ⅰ、旋转驱动机构Ⅱ、齿轮箱及安装板,其中齿轮箱的两侧分别设有右连接轴和左连接轴,右连接轴和左连接轴与支撑座转动连接;齿轮箱的顶部设有摆轴,安装板与摆轴转动连接,安装板用于安装太阳能帆板;旋转驱动机构Ⅰ和旋转驱动机构Ⅱ设置于支撑座的两侧,且分别与右连接轴和左连接轴连接;当旋转驱动机构Ⅰ和旋转驱动机构Ⅱ同向等速驱动时,太阳能帆板进行俯仰动作;当旋转驱动机构Ⅰ和旋转驱动机构Ⅱ反向等速驱动时,太阳能帆板进行旋转。本发明具有两个自由度,不仅可以使太阳能帆板适应复杂的工作模式,而且具有体积小、质量轻,驱动指数高的特点。
