The robot comprises a rack; a garbage can arranged on the rack; at least one cutting pump connected to the garbage can through a pipeline; a plurality of propellers arranged on the rack and used for pushing the intelligent robot to move in a suspension mode and keeping the intelligent robot balanced; a control layer arranged on the rack and used for controlling the intelligent robot, wherein the cutting pump is configured to be capable of sucking the underwater waste, chopping the underwater waste and then conveying the underwater waste to the garbage can. The waste collecting mode is improved, the sweeping efficiency is improved, and the sweeping cost is reduced; and the robot advancing mode is improved, and the cleaning range is expanded.
