The invention discloses a robot adopting a composite material shell. The robot comprises a vehicle body and moving wheels arranged at the bottom end of the vehicle body in a transmission mode, and the vehicle body comprises a chassis and the shell fixed to the top end of the chassis; the shell comprises a battery cavity explosion-proof shell, a battery protection plate placing cavity explosion-proof shell, a wiring cavity explosion-proof shell and a main control shell which are fixed in sequence, and the battery cavity explosion-proof shell, the battery protection plate placing cavity explosion-proof shell, the wiring cavity explosion-proof shell and the chassis are all formed by integrally laying composite materials. According to the robot adopting the composite material shell with the structure, and the robot shell which is integrally formed has the advantages of being good in consistency, light in weight, high in strength, good in designability, resistant to thermal shock, resistant to corrosion, good in shock absorption and the like compared with a traditional welded steel structure shell; therefore, the method is suitable for manufacturing shells of products with different structures and shapes.

    本发明公开了一种采用复合材料外壳的机器人,包括车体和传动设置于所述车体底端的移动轮,所述车体包括底盘和固定于所述底盘顶端的外壳,所述外壳包括依次固定的电池腔防爆外壳、电池保护板放置腔防爆外壳、接线腔防爆外壳和主控外壳,所述电池腔防爆外壳、所述电池保护板放置腔防爆外壳、所述接线腔防爆外壳和所述底盘均由复合材料一体铺设成型。本发明采用上述结构的采用复合材料外壳的机器人,通过采用一体成型制成的机器人外壳,较传统的焊接钢结构外壳,具有一致性好,质量轻,强度高,可设计性好,而且耐热冲击,耐腐蚀,吸震性好等优点,从而适用于不同结构和形状产品的外壳制作。
