The invention discloses a self-constant-temperature adjusting mechanism, and relates to the technical field of charging piles. The mechanism comprises a mounting main body, a drainage cooling assembly and an exhaust assembly. Through the limited moving direction arrangement of a first sealing plug and a second sealing plug in the drainage cooling assembly and through the insertion fit of a charging gun and a side insertion opening of the mounting main body, the constant-temperature cavity forms a closed independent space; and the charging gun is cooled in a gas compression mode of a piston in the drainage cooling assembly, rapid flowing of airflow on the surface of the charging gun can be accelerated (because the constant-temperature cavity is closed, external air can be prevented from flowing in in other modes except for gas compression, and the air flow speed of the constant-temperature cavity is reduced), cooling is effective, meanwhile, the exhaust assembly can be effectively pushed to quickly exhaust hot air in the constant-temperature cavity, and final cooling is achieved. In addition, a heating plate is used for heating in the closed constant-temperature cavity, freezing and rainwater invasion of the charging gun are avoided, normal use is further facilitated, and damage to internal elements of the charging gun is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种自恒温调节机构,涉及充电桩技术领域,包括:安装主体、引流降温组件、排气组件。通过引流降温组件中第一、二封堵塞的限定移动方向布置和通过充电枪与安装主体侧插入口的插接配合,使得恒温腔形成封闭式的独立空间,在进行降温时,通过引流降温组件中活塞压缩气体方式对充电枪降温不仅能够加速充电枪表面气流的快速流动(因为恒温腔是封闭式的,能避免外界空气沿除压缩气体的其他方式流入,降低恒温腔空气流速),有效降温,同时也能够有效推动排气组件将恒温腔中的热空气快速排出,实现最终降温。另外加热板在封闭式的恒温腔进行加热,有利于避免充电枪结冰和雨水侵入,进而有利于正常使用和避免充电枪内部元件损坏。
