The invention provides a vehicle-mounted air conditioner compressor control method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a target temperature of an air conditioner system is determined based on temperature sensor information or a required temperature input by a passenger; meanwhile, according to state information collected by a vehicle sensor, the total heat power of a passenger compartment can be calculated, the refrigerating capacity is determined through the rotating speed of an air conditioner compressor, and the system temperature is calculated; according to the target temperature and the system temperature, an outer ring uses the sliding mode control principle, an inner ring uses air conditioner compressor motor feedforward-feedback composite rotating speed control, the rotating speed of the air conditioner compressor can be controlled to be close to the target rotating speed, and therefore the system temperature is controlled to be within the demand temperature of the passenger or a comfortable temperature range. The invention further provides a vehicle-mounted air conditioner compressor control system. The temperature requirement of the passenger compartment can be accurately responded, the comfort of the passenger is guaranteed, the efficiency of the air conditioning system is optimized, and compared with an existing control technology, the anti-interference capacity is higher.
本发明提供一种车载空调压缩机控制方法,包括以下步骤:先基于温度传感器信息或乘员输入需求温度,确定空调系统的目标温度;同时根据车辆传感器采集的状态信息,可以计算得到乘员舱总热功率,利用空调压缩机转速确定制冷量,计算得到系统温度;根据目标温度和系统温度,外环利用滑模控制原理,内环使用空调压缩机电机前馈‑反馈复合转速控制,可将空调压缩机转速控制在目标转速附近,从而控制系统温度在乘员需求温度或舒适温度范围内。本发明还提供了一种车载空调压缩机控制系统。本发明能够准确响应乘员舱温度需求,保证乘员舒适性,优化空调系统效率,且,相较于现有控制技术,抗干扰能力更强。
