The invention discloses a road construction period road section traffic state discrimination method based on FCM and KELM. The method comprises the steps of: 1, selecting traffic flow, speed and time occupancy as traffic state characteristic parameters, and acquiring historical traffic flow data of a road section in a road construction period; 2, adopting a fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm to divide historical traffic flow data samples into unblocked data, stable data, crowded data and blocked data; 3, dividing a traffic state data set into a training set and a test set, training a kernel extreme learning machine model by using the training set so as to obtain a traffic state discrimination model, and checking the discrimination accuracy of the traffic state discrimination model by using the test set; and 4, inputting the traffic state characteristic parameter data of the road section in the road construction period into the traffic state discrimination model of the kernel extreme learning machine to obtain a traffic state category, so as to realize real-time traffic state discrimination of the road section in the road construction period. The road construction period road section traffic state discrimination method is high in discrimination precision and stability, and can effectively discriminate the traffic state of the road section in the construction period.

    本发明公开了一种基于FCM和KELM的道路施工期路段交通状态判别方法,该方法包括:步骤1:选取交通流量、速度、时间占有率作为交通状态特征参数,获取道路施工期路段的历史交通流数据;步骤2:采用模糊C均值聚类算法将历史交通流数据样本划分为:畅通、平稳、拥挤、阻塞;步骤3:将交通状态数据集划分为训练集和测试集,使用训练集训练核极限学习机模型从而得到交通状态判别模型,并用测试集检验交通状态判别模型的判别正确率;步骤4:将道路施工期路段交通状态特征参数数据输入核极限学习机交通状态判别模型,得到交通状态类别,实现道路施工期路段的实时交通状态判别。本发明有较高的判别精度和稳定性,能够有效地判别施工期道路路段交通状态。
