The invention relates to an automobile controller power supply wake-up method and device, and relates to the technical field of automobile electronics, wherein the method comprises the following steps that: a hard wire wake-up signal, a bus wake-up signal and a wireless wake-up signal sent to an automobile controller are monitored; when the hard wire wake-up signal or the wireless wake-up signal is monitored, a chip enabling end of the main power supply chip is triggered to perform power supply wake-up on the automobile controller; when the bus wake-up signal is monitored, a chip enabling end of the main power supply chip is triggered by means of a preset CAN transceiver, and power supply wake-up is carried out on the automobile controller; and when the hard wire wake-up signal, the bus wake-up signal and the wireless wake-up signal are not monitored, the automobile controller maintains a dormant state. Wake-up and sleep control is carried out according to the type of the wake-up signal, the static power consumption of the automobile controller is reduced, and the situation that the storage battery of the whole automobile cannot be started due to power shortage caused by too large static power consumption of the automobile controller is avoided.
