The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring working parameters of a power battery, working parameters of a driving motor and driving parameters of a whole vehicle in real time; determining the limit torque of the motor; determining output backup power when the power battery is discharged or input backup power when the power battery is charged according to the working parameters of the power battery; determining a motor capability limiting torque according to the working parameters of the driving motor; determining an expected required torque of a driver according to the whole vehicle driving parameters; comparing the output backup power with a backup power preset value or comparing the input backup power with the backup power preset value, and determining the actual demand torque of the driver according to the comparison result, the motor limit torque, the motor capability limit torque and the expected demand torque of the driver. According to the invention, the phenomenon that the required power of the power system is not matched with the capacity of the power battery can be avoided, and the phenomenon of long-time over-charging and over-discharging of the power battery in the use process can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种动力电池充放电功率限制方法,其过程为:实时获取动力电池的工作参数、驱动电机的工作参数和整车驾驶参数;确定电机极限限制扭矩;根据动力电池的工作参数确定动力电池放电时的输出后备功率或动力电池充电时的输入后备功率;根据驱动电机的工作参数确定电机能力限制扭矩;根据整车驾驶参数确定驾驶员期望需求扭矩;比较输出后备功率与后备功率预设值的大小或输入后备功率与后备功率预设值的大小,根据比较结果、电机极限限制扭矩、电机能力限制扭矩和驾驶员期望需求扭矩确定驾驶员实际需求扭矩。本发明能够避免动力系统需求功率与动力电池能力不匹配现象发生,可以避免动力电池在使用过程中出现长时间的过充过放现象。
