The invention relates to an upper limit switch for a lead screw. The upper limit switch comprises an upper seat body and a lower seat body, wherein the lower seat body is provided with a blocking piece; the blocking piece is provided with a groove; the upper seat body is provided with a switch component and a sliding seat; the sliding seat is provided with a moving rod and a pressing rod; the moving rod extends into the groove; a limiting body is arranged at the end of the moving rod; the switch component comprises a micro switch; the micro switch is provided with a contact piece; and the pressing rod is located above the contact piece. When the lead screw ascends to the highest position, the contact piece is pressed down through the pressing rod, the micro switch can be effectively turned off, the lead screw stops moving, and a lift platform is prevented from ascending again. The upper limit switch is simple in structure, high in sensitivity and almost zero in failure rate, and contributes to stable lifting and effective limiting of the lift platform.

    本发明涉及一种用于丝杆的上限位开关,包括上座体和下座体,下座体设有阻挡件,阻挡件设有槽,上座体安装有开关组件和滑动座,滑动座上安装有移动杆和压杆,移动杆伸入槽内,且移动杆的端部设有限位体;开关组件包括微动开关,微动开关设有接触片,压杆位于接触片的上方。本发明当丝杆上升到最高位置时,通过压杆下压接触片,能够有效关闭微动开关,使得丝杆停止运动,阻止升降平台的再上升。其结构简单、灵敏度高、故障率几乎为零,为实现升降平台的稳定升降和有效限位作出了贡献。
