The hoisting device comprises a top plate, a transverse plate and a crane, wherein supporting rods are welded to the bottom of the top plate, a threaded rod is installed at the bottom of the top plate, the outer side of the bottom of the threaded rod is sleeved with a threaded sleeve, an inserting rod is welded to the bottom of the threaded sleeve, the outer side of the bottom of the inserting rod and the outer side of the bottom of the supporting rod are both sleeved with sleeves, a support is welded to one side of each sleeve, and the outer side of the top of the screw rod is sleeved with a clamping sleeve.
