The invention belongs to the technical field of rescue equipment, and discloses a vehicle-mounted hydraulic lifting system and a control method. The vehicle-mounted hydraulic lifting system comprises a moving module used for carrying out bearing movement on the lifting system through a bearing vehicle, a supporting module used for supporting through a multi-joint mechanical arm, a control module used for intelligently controlling overall work of the system through a controller, and a hydraulic transmission module used for controlling lifting of a lifting hook through a hydraulic transmission system. The hydraulic lifting system can be additionally arranged on a cargo boom of an emergency rescue vehicle, so that the rescue space is reduced to a greater extent, rescue equipment is saved, the rescue efficiency is improved, and the hydraulic lifting system better fits actual combat and serves a basic level. Rescue personnel can be effectively and slowly lowered directly, the strength of a steel cable is far higher than that of a rope, the power of a hydraulic output system is also greatly higher than that of manual lifting, and therefore in a rescue site, rescue strength can be well saved, rescue equipment can be simplified, and rescue efficiency can be improved.

    本发明属于救援设备技术领域,公开了一种车载液压吊升系统及控制方法,包括用于通过承载车辆对吊升系统进行承载移动的移动模块、用于通过多关节机械臂进行支撑的支撑模块、用于通过控制器对系统的整体工作进行智能控制的控制模块、用于通过液压传动系统对吊钩的升降进行控制的液压传动模块。本发明中的吊升液压系统,能够加装在抢险救援车起重臂上,从而更大程度上缩小救援空间、节省救援器材、提高救援效率,更好的贴合基于实战,服务于基层。本发明可以直接对施救人员进行有效缓慢下放,钢索强度远高于绳索,液压输出系统的功率也大大强于人工提拉,所以在救援现场,可以很好的节省救援力量,简约救援装备,提高救援效率。
