The invention relates to the technical field of transportation containers, and discloses a lifting device capable of automatically adjusting clamping force according to different diameters. The lifting device comprises a mounting disc, a first mounting seat is arranged on the front surface of the mounting disc, a second mounting seat is arranged on the front surface of the mounting disc, and sliding rods are hinged to the front surface of the second mounting seat; and clamping mechanisms are hinged to the ends, away from the mounting disc, of the sliding rods, a first sliding sleeve is hinged to the front face of the first mounting seat, and a screw rod is movably connected into the first sliding sleeve. According to the lifting device capable of automatically adjusting the clamping force according to the different diameters, through cooperative use of a rotating disc and the sliding rods, the four clamping mechanisms can clamp a container at the same time; and through cooperative use of a contact and the screw rod, when the contact is in contact with an ejection plate, the clamping force of the whole device is the most appropriate, and at the moment, the device can keep the clamping force and complete the lifting process, so that errors caused by manual operation are avoided, the economic loss is avoided, and the lifting efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及运输容器技术领域,且公开了一种针对不同直径自动调节夹取力度的吊运装置,包括安装盘,所述安装盘的正面设置有安装座一,所述安装盘的正面设置有安装座二,所述安装座二的正面铰接有滑杆,所述滑杆远离安装盘的一端铰接有夹紧机构,所述安装座一的正面铰接有滑套一,所述滑套一的内部活动连接有螺杆,该针对不同直径自动调节夹取力度的吊运装置,通过转盘和滑杆的配合使用,可以使四个夹紧机构同时对容器进行夹紧,通过触点和螺杆的配合使用,当触点与顶板接触时,整个装置的夹取力度最合适,此时装置会保持夹取力度,完成吊运过程,不仅避免了人工操作的失误,避免经济损失,还让吊运效率大大提高。
