The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, and relates to an active self-adaptive cab suspension system which comprises a data acquisition system, an energy system, a vehicle-mounted AI processor, an ECU data processing center and a response system. The data acquisition system is used for acquiring vehicle driving information including road condition information, driving sign information and vehicle information, and the energy system is used for providing energy for the whole system. The vehicle-mounted AI processor is used for comparing collected vehicle driving information with driver comfort standard information set in the earlier stage and carrying out iterative upgrading on a logic algorithm set in the earlier stage of the ECU data processing center, the ECU data processing center is used for carrying out operation processing on the collected information, and the response system is used for adjusting the rigidity of the cab suspension. Compared with a conventional suspension system, the system can actively carry out real-time adjustment in advance in a closed-loop manner according to the vehicle driving road condition and environment, driver operation and the vehicle aging degree.

    本发明属于汽车制造技术领域,涉及一种主动自适应驾驶室悬置系统,包括数据采集系统、能源系统、车载AI处理器、ECU数据处理中心、响应系统;数据采集系统用于采集包括路况信息、行驶标志信息、车辆信息在内的车辆行驶信息,能源系统用于为整个系统提供能源,车载AI处理器用于将采集到的车辆行驶信息与前期设定的驾驶员舒适性标准信息进行对比并将ECU数据处理中心前期设置的逻辑算法进行迭代升级,ECU数据处理中心用于对采集信息进行运算处理,响应系统用于调整驾驶室悬置的刚性,较以往的悬置系统相比本发明能够提前的、主动的、闭环的根据车辆行驶道路状况及环境、驾驶员操作以及车辆老化程度进行实时调整。
