A novel vehicle body side collision force transmission structure comprises an anti-collision beam, energy absorption boxes, a vehicle body threshold beam, a seat cross beam, a vehicle body floor and a central channel, the two ends of the anti-collision beam are each connected with one energy absorption box, and the energy absorption boxes are welded to the outer side of the vehicle body threshold beam; and the vehicle body doorsill beam is welded with a sub-assembly consisting of the seat cross beam and the vehicle body floor to form a vehicle body side impact force transmission structure. A force transmission structure composed of the anti-collision beam and the energy absorption box is additionally arranged between the side wall and the vehicle body threshold beam, when a vehicle is subjected to side collision, especially in the column collision process, energy generated by collision can be evenly transmitted to the seat cross beam, it is guaranteed that the vehicle body evenly deforms and absorbs energy to the maximum extent, and the crumple area is reduced to the maximum extent; and therefore, the passengers can obtain a larger living space, and the safety of the passengers is guaranteed.

    本发明一种新型的车身侧碰传力结构,包括防撞梁、吸能盒、车身门槛梁、座椅横梁、车身地板和中央通道,所述防撞梁两端各连接有一个吸能盒,所述吸能盒焊接在车身门槛梁外侧,所述车身门槛梁与座椅横梁和车身地板组成的分总成焊接形成车身侧碰传力结构。本发明通过在侧围与车身门槛梁之间增加防撞梁和吸能盒组成的传力结构,当车辆发生侧面碰撞,尤其是柱碰过程中,碰撞产生的能量能够被均匀的传递到座椅横梁,保证车身最大限度的均匀变形吸能,最大限度的减小溃缩区域,进而使得乘员获得较大的生存空间,保障乘员安全。
