The invention discloses an automatic control system for an oil-driven unmanned vehicle. An industrial control console is in signal connection with a vehicle control unit through a CAN bus; the vehicle control unit is in signal connection with an accelerator control module, a brake control module, a wheel speed detection module, a gear control module, a steering control module and a vehicle posture detection module through a CAN bus, receives signals sent by the modules, calculates, judges and summarizes data, and sends the data to the industrial control console; and signals sent by the industrial control console are transmitted to the whole vehicle controller, and then the whole vehicle controller sends signals to all the modules to achieve control. The unmanned vehicle with the oil-driven engine is high in power and long in endurance time; in order to solve the problem that the rotating speed, braking, steering and gear control difficulty of an oil-driven engine is high, accurate control over braking, gears and an accelerator is achieved; and the oil-driven unmanned vehicle can keep an ideal driving state in various complex terrains and environments, and stable driving of the unmanned vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了本发明提供的一种油动无人车自动控制系统,工控台与整车控制器通过CAN总线信号连接,所述整车控制器与油门控制模块、制动控制模块、轮速检测模块、档位控制模块、转向控制模块以及车辆姿态检测模块分别通过CAN总线信号连接,接收这些各个模块发出的信号进行计算、判断和汇总数据,发送至工控台,工控台发出的信号传递至整车控制器,由整车控制器再对各个模块发出信号实现控制。本发明提出的油动发动机无人车,动力强、续航时间长;针对油动发动机转速、制动、转向和档位控制难度高的问题,实现制动、档位、油门精确控制;实现油动无人车在各种复杂地形、环境下可以保持理想的行驶状态,保证无人车行驶稳定。
