The invention discloses a geometric analysis and data mining fused ship collision risk early warning method, which comprises the following steps of: combining ship AIS data with a quaternary ship field modeling thought to construct a quaternary ship field prohibited boundary and an expected boundary; then, solving a ship collision space risk and an early warning value according to the quaternary ship domain model, and calculating a ship collision time risk early warning value according to the ship collision space risk; calculating the ship collision time risk by using the instantaneous relative azimuth of the ship; and finally, according to a mutation theory, calculating space-time collision risks and early warning values of the two ships respectively, and constructing a space-time collision risk and ship space-time collision risk early warning value calculation model of any ship in a multi-ship encounter scene. The ship space-time collision risk and the ship space-time collision risk early warning value are rapidly compared through edge calculation, and support is provided for safety supervision and collision avoidance decision making of the ship. The method not only can support ship collision avoidance decision and maritime affair safety supervision, but also can reduce and avoid ship collision and guarantee water area safety.

    本发明公开了一种融合几何解析与数据挖掘的船舶碰撞风险预警方法,包括:船舶AIS数据结合四元船舶领域建模思想,构建四元船舶领域禁止边界与期望边界。然后,根据四元船舶领域模型求取船舶碰撞空间风险及预警值,并依据船舶碰撞空间风险计算船舶碰撞时间风险预警值;利用船舶瞬时相对方位,求取船舶碰撞时间风险。最后,根据突变理论分别计算两船时空碰撞风险及预警值,并构建多船会遇情景下的任一船舶时空碰撞风险及船舶时空碰撞风险预警值计算模型。利用边缘计算快速对比船舶时空碰撞风险及船舶时空碰撞风险预警值,为船舶的安全监管和避碰决策提供支持。该方法不仅能支撑船舶避碰决策和海事安全监管,还能减少和避免船舶碰撞和保障水域安全。
