The invention provides an illegal parking detection system based on the cooperative vehicle infrastructure technology, a cloud platform is connected with a traffic management platform, a road side unit is connected with the cloud platform, and a vehicle-mounted unit is connected with the road side unit; the cloud platform reads parking prohibition area information on each road in real time; the road side unit uploads the positioning coordinates of the road side unit to the cloud platform and receives parking prohibition area information read by the cloud platform; the vehicle-mounted unit is installed in a vehicle, obtains high-precision satellite positioning coordinates of the vehicle, receives the information of the non-parking area on the road issued by the road side unit in a V2X communication mode, and judges whether the current vehicle is parked illegally or not. If the illegal condition exists, the illegal parking information is sent to the road side unit and further transmitted to the cloud platform for processing. The illegal parking detection system is high in communication stability and high in detection success rate, can give an alarm to a driver when the vehicle is illegal, and can report illegal parking information to the traffic management platform for recording if the vehicle continues to violate the rule.
一种基于车路协同技术的违规停车检测系统,云端平台和交通管理平台连接,路侧单元与云端平台连接,车载单元与路侧单元连接;云端平台实时读取各条道路上禁止停车区域信息;路侧单元将自身定位坐标上传云端平台,并接收云端平台读取的禁止停车区域信息;车载单元安装在车辆内部,获取车辆的高精卫星定位坐标,通过V2X通信方式接收路侧单元下发的道路上禁止停车区域信息,并判断当前车辆是否违规停车,如存在违规情况则将违规停车信息上发至路侧单元并进一步传输至云端平台进行处理。本违规停车检测系统,通信稳定性强、检测成功率高,且可以在车辆违停时首先对驾驶员发出警告,若继续违规可以将违停信息上报至交通管理平台记录。
