The invention discloses a pedestrian-vehicle identification safety protection laser device and method. The device comprises a linear laser assembly and a laser radar, the linear laser assembly emits linear laser to irradiate pedestrians to form laser warning lines, and the laser scanning range of the laser radar covers sidewalks and preset roadways, a target object moving on a sidewalk and a preset roadway are scanned, the contour, the moving direction and the moving speed of the target object are measured, whether the target object is a pedestrian or a vehicle can be determined according to the measured contour, the moving direction and the moving speed of the target object, and when the target object is determined to be a person, a signal is sent to start a linear laser assembly to emit laser; when it is determined that the target object is a vehicle, a signal is sent to close the linear laser assembly or not open the linear laser assembly. People or vehicles can be accurately measured and calculated through the laser radar, so that the linear laser assembly is controlled, intelligent control is achieved, energy consumption is saved, damage of laser rays to people is reduced, and safety and reliability are higher.

    本发明公开了一种人车识别安全防护激光装置及方法,该装置包括线状激光组件和激光雷达,所述线状激光组件发射线型激光以照射于行人身上以形成激光警示线,激光雷达的激光扫描范围覆盖人行道和预设车行道,并通过扫描人行道和预设车行道上移动的目标物,测出目标物的轮廓、移动方向和移动速度,再根据测出目标物的轮廓、移动方向和移动速度来确定是行人还是车,当确定目标物是人时则发送信号以开启线状激光组件发射激光;当确定目标物是车时,则发送信号以关闭线状激光组件或不开启线状激光组件。通过激光雷达能准确测算出存在人或车,以控制线状激光组件,智能化控制,节省能耗,减少激光线对人的损伤,更加安全可靠。
