The invention discloses a water and soil conservation remote sensing monitoring system. The system comprises a GPS remote sensing monitoring satellite, a communication module, a wireless remote sensing unmanned aerial vehicle, a ground monitoring device and a water body monitoring device. The GPS remote sensing monitoring satellite is connected with the remote control center through the wireless communication module, the wireless remote sensing unmanned aerial vehicle, the ground monitoring device and the water body monitoring device are connected with the remote control center through the wireless communication module, wireless modules are integrated in the wireless remote sensing unmanned aerial vehicle, the ground monitoring device, the water body monitoring device and the remote control center, and an information processing module is integrated in the remote control center. When the water body monitoring device monitors rapid change of water and soil conditions in a river, the wireless remote sensing unmanned aerial vehicle can cooperate with the ground monitoring device to rapidly monitor conditions around the river, the conditions are transmitted to the remote control center through the communication module, and after the information processing module processes the conditions, factors affecting the water and soil changes are found in time, so the monitoring data is more comprehensive and accurate.
