The invention discloses a tower crane capable of automatically adjusting the height and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of tower cranes. The tower crane comprises a fixing frame and two adjusting frames arranged inside the fixing frame, wherein the fixing frame comprises two first sleeve frames and four first connecting rods.     本发明公开了一种自动调节高度的塔吊及其使用方法,包括固定架和设置在固定架内部的两个所述调节架,所述固定架包括两个所述第一套框和四个所述第一连杆,本发明涉及塔吊技术领域。该自动调节高度的塔吊及其使用方法,通过直接将本装置固定在安装套上,通过控制电机的转动,使得两个调节架相互靠近或者远离,从而达到调节塔吊高度的目的,并且采用行星齿轮带动主齿轮转动,在电机转动较少的圈数时,螺纹柱就可以转动很多圈,从而保证塔吊高度的迅速调节,并且配合四个螺纹柱的设置,极大的提高了两个调节架之间联系的稳定性,从而保证装置在长时间使用过程中可以始终处于一个平稳运行的状态,使用更加安全。
