The invention discloses a hoisting device for bridge installation. The hoisting device for bridge installation comprises hoisting frames, a cross beam installed at the upper ends of the hoisting frames and an electric hoist installed on the cross beam in a sliding mode, wherein the lower ends of the hoisting frames are connected with movable bases, and buffering mechanisms are arranged at the joints of the lower ends of the hoisting frames and the movable bases. Each buffering mechanism comprises buffering seats welded to the surface of the lower end of the hoisting frame and buffering grooves formed in the moving seats, wherein the lower ends of the buffering seats extend into the buffering grooves and are fixedly connected with buffering plates, the buffering plates are slidably installed in the buffering grooves, and the middle of the inner side of each buffering groove is fixedly connected with a main buffering spring. Through the designed buffering mechanisms, vibration generated when the hoisting device is used enables buffering plates to compress main buffering springs for buffering, meanwhile, pressing rings are driven to press sliding blocks, the sliding blocks are pushed to compress auxiliary buffering springs for buffering, the buffering effect is better, and fatigue damage, caused by vibration, of the hoisting frames of the hoisting device and the like is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种桥梁安装用吊装装置,包括吊装架、安装在吊装架上端的横梁和滑动安装在横梁上的电动葫芦,所述吊装架的下端连接有移动座,所述吊装架的下端与移动座的连接处设置有缓冲机构,所述缓冲机构包括焊接在吊装架下端表面的缓冲座和开设在移动座上的缓冲槽,所述缓冲座的下端伸入缓冲槽的内部且固定连接有缓冲板,所述缓冲板滑动安装在缓冲槽内,所述缓冲槽的内侧中部固定连接有主缓冲弹簧;通过设计的缓冲机构,在吊装装置使用时产生的振动使缓冲板压缩主缓冲弹簧进行缓冲,同时带动压环压在滑块上,推动滑块压缩辅缓冲弹簧进行缓冲,使缓冲效果更好,减少吊装装置吊装架等因为振动而出现疲劳性损坏。
