The invention relates to a turnover device and method suitable for an elastic deflection beam. The turnover device and method suitable for the elastic deflection beam can enable a track beam not to deform and not to yield when the track beam which is small in rigidity and easy to deform is turned over, the turnover device is composed of an L-shaped turnover frame, supporting piers, an anchoring pin shaft lug, an anchoring pin shaft and a fixed base, and the anchoring pin shaft lug is connected with the root of the L-shaped turnover frame; and the anchoring pin shaft lug is hinged to the fixed base through the anchoring pin shaft, the fixed base is fixed to the ground to serve as a fixed rotation point, and the supporting piers are connected with a frame body of the L-shaped turnover frame. The turnover device and method have the advantages that firstly, stable turnover of the elastic deflection beam is achieved, the supporting piers are arranged to support a beam body, and cantilever parts at the two sides of the beam body are protected; secondly, the rigidity of the beam body in the turnover process is improved by arranging a plurality of lifting turnover points, and the size of the beam body is easy to control; and thirdly, the turnover problem of an overweight beam body is solved, and the turnover of a large-tonnage beam body can be realized by virtue of lifting equipment with smaller tonnage by virtue of a lever principle through the arrangement of the ground anchor type fixed base.

    本发明涉及一种能够将自身刚度小,易变形的轨道梁在翻身作业时,其轨道梁不会发生变形,不会出现屈服现象的适用于弹性挠曲梁的翻身装置及方法,由L翻身架、支撑墩、锚接销轴耳、锚接销轴、固定座构成,锚接销轴耳与L翻身架根部连接,锚接销轴耳通过锚接销轴与固定座铰接,固定座固定在地面上作为一个固定回转点,支撑墩与L翻身架的架身分别连接。优点:一是实现了弹性挠曲梁的平稳翻身,设置支撑墩支撑梁主体,保护了梁体两侧悬挑部位;二是设置多个起吊翻身点提高梁体翻身过程中的刚性,易于控制梁体尺寸;三是解决了超重梁体的翻身问题,通过设置地锚式固定座,借助杠杆原理可以借助较小吨位的起吊设备实现大吨位梁体翻身。
