The invention discloses a high-bearing-capacity thin control surface structure which comprises a skin, an end rib I, a rotating joint I, a rotating joint II, a reinforcing pipe, a hinged support, an end rib II, a front clamping core, a rear clamping core, a fastener I and a fastener II, wherein the rotating joint I penetrates through the end rib I and then is fastened through the fastener I to form an assembling component I; the rotating joint II penetrates through the end rib II and then is fastened through the fastener II to form an assembling component II; the reinforcing pipe penetrates through the hinged support and is glued and fixed; the assembling component I and the assembling component II are respectively inserted into two ends of the reinforcing pipe and are fixed in a glued mode; the front clamping core and the rear clamping core are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the reinforcing pipe correspondingly and fixed to the reinforcing pipe in a glued mode to form an assembling component III; and the skin is laid on the outer surface of the assembling component III and is integrally cured and formed. According to the high-bearing-capacity thin control surface structure, the bearing capacity of the thin control surface is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高承载薄型舵面结构,包括:蒙皮、端肋Ⅰ、转动接头Ⅰ、转动接头Ⅱ、加强管、铰座、端肋Ⅱ、前夹芯、后夹芯、紧固件Ⅰ和紧固件Ⅱ;转动接头Ⅰ穿过端肋Ⅰ后通过紧固件Ⅰ紧固,形成装配组件Ⅰ;转动接头Ⅱ穿过端肋Ⅱ后通过紧固件Ⅱ紧固,形成装配组件Ⅱ;加强管穿过铰座并胶接固定;装配组件Ⅰ和装配组件Ⅱ分别插入加强管的两端,并胶接固定;前夹芯和后夹芯分别设置在加强管前后两侧,与加强管胶接固定,形成装配组件Ⅲ;蒙皮铺放在装配好的配组件Ⅲ外表面,一体固化成型。本发明所述的高承载薄型舵面结构提高了薄型舵面承载能力。
