The invention provides a nozzle device of a water-jet propeller, and the nozzle device comprises a connecting spray pipe which is provided with a connecting end; a steering spray pipe which comprises a first steering pipe section and a second steering pipe section connected with the first steering pipe section, wherein an included angle not smaller than 90 degrees is formed between the central axis of the first steering pipe section and the central axis of the second steering pipe section, the first steering pipe section is connected to the connecting end in a rotating mode, and the first steering pipe section is communicated with the connecting end in a sealed mode; and a driving assembly which is located on the connecting spray pipe, and is configured to drive the first steering pipe section to rotate. According to the invention, an amphibious vehicle can be rapidly controlled to steer and reverse, a large amount of energy cannot be lost in the steering and reverse navigation process, and the navigational speed of the amphibious vehicle is guaranteed.
