The invention discloses an ice region ship propeller blade optimization method for improving ice load resistance. The method is characterized in that the size and range of an ice load on a propeller are simulated through a finite element method, the stress distribution condition is calculated, the ultimate strength and fatigue strength analysis is carried out, the blade design scheme is iteratively corrected, and the ice load resistance of blades is improved on the premise of avoiding design redundancy and ensuring the hydrodynamic performance of the propeller. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of short development period, controllable technical risk under manpower and material resource investment, and important help for improving the design quality and navigation safety of a ship in an ice region.

    本发明公开了一种提高抗冰载荷能力的冰区船舶螺旋桨桨叶优化方法,其特点是:通过有限元方法模拟螺旋桨受冰载荷的大小和范围,计算应力分布情况,进行极限强度和疲劳强度分析,迭代修正桨叶设计方案,在避免设计冗余,保证螺旋桨水动力性能的前提下提高桨叶抗冰载荷能力。本发明与现有技术相比,研制周期短、人力物力投入下,技术风险可控,对提高冰区船舶设计质量和航行安全性有重要帮助。
