The invention relates to the technical field of rail train doors, in particular to a large-opening-degree translation train door structure. The structure comprises a pulling mechanism, a door pushing mechanism and a supporting mechanism. Wherein the pulling mechanism comprises a pulling sliding block and a connecting plate; the sliding block is pulled to slide on the carriage; one end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the sliding block, and the other end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the top end of the vehicle door; the door pushing mechanism comprises a lifting block and a rotating arm; the lifting block slides up and down at the bottom of the carriage; one end of the rotating arm is hinged with the bottom end of the vehicle door, and the other end droops freely; the supporting mechanism comprises a supporting guide rail, a supporting seat, a sliding rod and a spring; the supporting guide rails are fixedly connected with the carriage bottom; the supporting seat slides on the supporting guide rail; one end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with the lower end of the vehicle door, and the other end of the sliding rod is in sliding connection with the supporting seat; and one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the sliding rod, and the other end is fixedly connected with the supporting seat. The large-opening-degree translation vehicle door structure is provided for overcoming the defects in the prior art, and the cargo loading and unloading efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及轨道列车车门技术领域,尤其涉及一种大开度平移车门结构;包括拉动机构、推门机构、支撑机构;其中,拉动机构包括拉动滑块、连接板;拉动滑块在车厢上滑动;连接板的一端与拉动滑块固定连接,另一端与车门顶端固定连接;推门机构包括升降块、转臂;升降块滑动在车厢底部上下移动;转臂一端与车门底端铰接,另一端自由下垂;支撑机构包括支撑导轨、支撑座、滑杆、弹簧;支撑导轨与车厢底部固定连接;支撑座在支撑导轨上滑动;滑杆一端与车门下端固定连接,另一端与支撑座滑动连接;弹簧一端与滑杆固定连接,另一端与支撑座固定连接。本发明的目的就是针对现有技术中存在的缺陷提供一种大开度平移车门结构,提升了货物的装卸效率。
