An anti-skid control method for an electric vehicle comprises the following steps that S1, calculating the acceleration of a current motor rotor through a motor rotating speed and position detection module, S2, setting a motor rotor acceleration threshold a0 and a continuous holding time threshold t0, and if A>A0 in the step S1, obtaining a continuous holding time t3 in a state that A>A0, if t3>t0, judging that the electric vehicle is in a slipping flying state; if A<=a0 or t3<=t0, judging that the electric vehicle is not in a slipping flying state, and returning to S1; and S3, setting the output torque T of the motor, and if the electric vehicle is in the slipping and flying state, automatically reducing the allowable output torque to T by the MCU. Under the condition that the hardware cost is not increased, the anti-skid effect of the electric automobile is achieved, the output torque can be controlled in time, power output is reduced, and the phase current overcurrent fault of the motor controller is avoided.

    一种电动汽车防滑控制方法,包括以下步骤,S1:通过电机转速和位置检测模块计算出当前电机转子的加速度,S2:设置电机转子加速度阈值a0和连续保持时间阈值t0,若步骤S1中的A>a0,则获取A>a0状态下连续保持时间t3,若t3>t0,则判定电动汽车处于打滑腾空状态,若A<=a0或者t3<=t0,则判定电动汽车不处于打滑腾空状态,并返回S1;S3:设置电机输出转矩T,若电动汽车处于打滑腾飞状态,则MCU控制单元自动将允许输出转矩降低至T。本发明在不增加硬件成本的条件下,实现了电动汽车的防滑,能及时地控制输出转矩,降低动力的输出,避免电机控制器相电流过流故障。
