The invention discloses a coupler knuckle, a manufacturing method of the coupler knuckle, a loam core, a manufacturing method of the loam core, a loam core mold and a coupler knuckle mold, and relates to the technical field of casting manufacturing. The loam core mold comprises a first core box, a second core box and at least one air outlet rod for the mold, and a locking convex column is arranged on the air outlet rod for the mold; the first core box is provided with a first forming cavity and a first fixed half hole matched with the air outlet rod for the mold, the first fixed half hole is communicated with the first forming cavity, and a channel allowing the locking convex column to penetrate is formed in the inner bottom face of the first fixed half hole; and the second core box is provided with a second forming cavity and a second fixed half hole matched with the air outlet rod for the mold, the second fixed half hole is communicated with the second forming cavity, and a fixed groove for fixing the locking convex column is formed in the second core box, wherein the first core box is matched with the second core box. Gas generated by the coupler knuckle mold due to overheating of the loam core in the coupler knuckle casting process can be exhausted, so that the gas hole defect in the coupler knuckle is reduced, and the fatigue strength of the coupler knuckle is improved.
