Efficient hoisting equipment for fabricated building prefabricated parts comprises a mounting plate, a lifting ring is arranged on the mounting plate, an annular fence is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate, a rotating seat is connected to the bottom of the annular fence, a first motor is arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate, vertical rods are connected to the bottom of the rotating seat, a long-strip-shaped plate is arranged on the lower sides of the vertical rods, a screw is arranged between the front side wall and the rear side wall of the long-strip-shaped plate, an inner cavity is formed in the rotating base, a roller is connected between the front side wall and the rear side wall of the inner cavity, a steel wire rope winds around the outer side of the roller, the lower end of the steel wire rope is connected with a lifting hook, and the vertical rods are fixedly connected through a cross beam. According to the hoisting equipment, the two prefabricated parts including a stand column and the cross beam can be stably hoisted at the same time, after the cross beam moves to a designated position, a worker can directly operate the cross beam by himself/herself to enable mounting holes of the cross beam to be aligned with screws for assembly, and when the stand column is hoisted, four screws at the top of the stand column are stressed through the long-strip-shaped plate at the same time, the working efficiency is improved, and the possibility of accidents is reduced.

    一种高效型装配式建筑预制构件的吊装设备,包括安装板,安装板上有吊环,安装板的底部有环形围挡,环形围挡底部连接转动座,安装板的底部有第一电机,转动座的底部连接竖杆,竖杆下侧有长条板,长条板的前后侧壁间有螺杆,螺杆的外端与第一驱动装置相连,转动座内部有内腔,内腔的前后侧壁间连接辊筒,辊筒的外侧缠绕有钢丝绳,钢丝绳的下端连接吊钩,竖杆间通过横梁固定连接。本发明可以同时对立柱与横梁两种预制件进行平稳的吊装,当横梁运动到指定位置后,工人直接可以自己进行操作使其安装孔与螺杆相对准进而进行装配,当对立柱进行吊装时,通过长条板对立柱顶部四根螺杆的同时起到受力作用,提高了工作效率,减小了事故发生的可能性。
