The invention provides a port container three-dimensional operation system which comprises a ground transportation layer and an elevated transportation layer, the ground transportation layer comprises an outer container truck transportation road and a storage yard area, the elevated transportation layer is located above the ground transportation layer, the elevated transportation layer comprises an inner container truck transportation road, and a cantilever rail crane is installed on a rail distributed on the ground transportation layer. The cantilever rail crane is used for lifting containers stacked on the ground transportation layer to an outer container truck of the ground transportation layer or an inner container truck of the elevated transportation layer. A three-dimensional container collecting and distributing mode is adopted, roads in the storage yard adopt a double-layer arrangement mode, an outer container truck runs on the ground transportation layer, an inner container truck runs on a second layer, and the inner container truck is preferably an intelligent unmanned container truck, so that traffic flow crossing does not exist between the outer container truck and the inner container truck, and complete separation of the inner container truck and the outer container truck is achieved. Therefore, the operation safety, the equipment operation efficiency and the system efficiency are improved, and the operation cost is reduced. Temporary storage parking spaces are effectively increased, traffic flow organization is more efficient, and social road traffic jam outside the storage yard is effectively relieved.

    本发明提供了一种港口集装箱立体作业系统,包括:地面运输层,地面运输层包括外集卡运输路及堆场区域,高架运输层,高架运输层位于地面运输层上方,高架运输层包括内集卡运输路,悬臂轨道吊安装在布设于地面运输层的轨道上,用于将地面运输层堆放的集装箱吊装至地面运输层的外集卡或高架运输层的内集卡上。采用立体化集装箱集疏运方式,堆场内道路采用双层布置模式,外集卡在地面运输层运行,内集卡在二层运行,内集卡优选为智能无人集卡,使外集卡和内集卡之间无车流交叉,实现内、外集卡的完全分离,从而提高作业安全性、设备作业效率和系统效率,有利于降低运营成本。有效增加缓存车位,车流组织更加高效,有效缓解堆场外部社会道路交通拥堵。
