The invention discloses a sleeve type spring push-out mechanism which can effectively solve the problems of uncontrollable bending, offset deformation and the like in the compression process of a long spring. The multi-section sleeve structure is arranged on the inner side of the compression spring in a sleeving mode, the compression spring drives the sleeve to contract in the compression process, and meanwhile due to the existence of the sleeve structure, uncontrollable bending and deviation deformation of the spring in the compression process are avoided; after unlocking, the compression spring drives the multi-section sleeve to unfold and restore deformation, and in the unfolding process, due to the existence of the sleeve structure, the spring is limited to unfold along the sleeve structure; the design of the sleeve structure plays a role in limiting and positioning at the same time, after the sleeve is completely unfolded, the residual elastic force of the compression spring continues to support the sleeve, and up-down limiting self-locking of the sleeve structure is completed.

    本发明公开了一种套筒式弹簧推出机构,可有效解决长度较长弹簧压缩过程中出现的不可控弯曲、偏移变形等问题。本发明通过多节套筒结构套装在压缩弹簧内侧,压缩弹簧在压缩过程中,带动套筒收缩,同时由于套筒结构的存在,避免弹簧在压缩过程中产生不可控弯曲和偏移变形;解锁后,压缩弹簧带动多节套筒展开,恢复形变,展开过程中由于套筒结构的存在,将会限制弹簧沿套筒结构展开;套筒结构的设计同时起到限位、定位作用,套筒完全展开后,压缩弹簧剩余弹力继续支撑套筒,完成套筒结构上下限位自锁。
