The invention discloses a multifunctional floating platform which comprises a floating body, a winding and unwinding mechanism and an umbilical cable. The floating body comprises a supporting frame and an outer wrapping layer, wherein the outer wrapping layer wraps the supporting frame and is matched with the supporting frame to form a containing cabin, and the supporting frame changes the size of the floating body by changing the structure of the supporting frame. The winding and unwinding mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the floating body, a through hole is formed between the upper surface and the lower surface of the floating body, the first end of the umbilical cable is connected with the winding and unwinding mechanism, the second end of the umbilical cable penetrates through the through hole to be connected with underwater measuring equipment, and the winding and unwinding mechanism is used for winding and unwinding the umbilical cable. The size of the floating body is changed by changing the structure of the supporting frame, so that the drainage volume of the whole multifunctional floating platform is changed. In extreme weather such as typhoon, the size of the floating body can be reduced, the displacement can be reduced, and the multifunctional floating platform can sink into the sea to hide, so that possible damage to the multifunctional floating platform caused by severe environment is avoided, and the safety of the multifunctional floating platform is improved.

    本发明公开了一种多功能浮式平台,包括浮体、收放机构和脐带缆。浮体包括支撑框架和外包裹层,外包裹层包裹于支撑框架并与支撑框架配合形成容置舱,支撑框架通过变换自身结构以改变浮体的体积。收放机构设于浮体的上表面,浮体的上表面和下表面之间设有贯穿孔,脐带缆的第一端连接收放机构,第二端穿过贯穿孔连接有水下测量设备,收放机构用于收放脐带缆。本发明通过变换支撑框架的结构来改变浮体的体积,从而改变整个多功能浮式平台的排水体积。当遇到台风等极端天气时,可以缩小浮体体积,减小排水量,沉入海中躲避,以避免恶劣环境对多功能浮式平台可能造成的损害,提高多功能浮式平台的安全性。
