The invention discloses an off-network optical storage, charging and power supply coordination control system and method. The system comprises a serial server, a switch and a coordination control host. The control method comprises the steps of 1 initializing the system; 2 judging whether a shutdown state exists or not, if yes, entering a shutdown subprogram, and returning to the step 2 after the shutdown subprogram is finished, otherwise, returning to the step 3; 3 judging whether a running state exists or not, if yes, entering a running subprogram, and returning to the step 2 after the running of the subprogram is finished, otherwise, returning to the step 4; and 4 judging whether a fault state exists, if so, entering a fault subprogram, and returning to the step 2 after the fault subprogram is finished, otherwise, returning to the step 1. The invention provides the coordination control system and method for the off-network optical storage, charging and power supply system with independent operation capability, and realizes coordination among multiple energy storage systems and control under the condition of source-load mismatching.

    本发明公开了一种离网型光储充供电协调控制系统及方法,系统包括串口服务器、交换机、协调控制主机,控制方法包括:步骤1、系统初始化;步骤2、判断是否停机状态,是,则进入停机子程序,停机子程序结束后,返回步骤2,否则步骤3;步骤3、判断是否运行状态,是,则进入运行子程序,运行子程序结束后,返回步骤2,否则步骤4;步骤4、判断是否故障状态,是,则进入故障子程序,故障子程序结束后,返回步骤2,否则返回步骤1。本发明面向具备独立运行能力的离网型光储充供电系统,提出了一种协调控制系统及方法,实现了多储能系统之间协调、源荷不匹配情况下的控制。
