The invention provides a liquid cooling charging system and a use method in the technical field of charging piles. A charging pile comprises a liquid cooling charging pile; a DCDC converter is connected with the liquid cooling charging pile; an industrial personal computer is connected with the liquid cooling charging pile; a liquid cooling charging pile comprises a processor which is connected with a DCDC converter and an industrial personal computer; a relay is connected with the DCDC converter; a fuse is connected with the relay; a charging gun is connected with the fuse and the processor; an insulation detector is connected with the processor, the DCDC converter and the relay; an electric meter is connected with the processor, the fuse and the charging gun; a liquid cooling unit is connected with the processor; a liquid cooling pipe, a water outlet and a water return port are communicated and surround the charging gun; a sensor group is connected with the processor; a display screen is connected with the processor; an emergency stop switch is connected with the processor; a card reader is connected with the processor. The method has the advantages that the temperature and the power of the charging pile are dynamically adjusted, and then the charging and discharging safety of the electric vehicle is greatly improved.
