The center lines of the outer edges of the two sides of the periphery of the outer tire are clamped by a plurality of rollers which are annularly arranged on the inner edges of the cover plates on the two sides, and the outer cover plates on the two sides are screwed through studs to be combined with the inner sleeve, the inner magnet and the outer magnet into a whole, namely the tire. The part in contact with the road surface slightly moves inwards during driving, so that the gap between the inner and outer magnets is slightly reduced, and the repulsive force of the magnets replaces the gas expansion force of the original pneumatic tire after leaving the road surface.
